Harmony Day Acknowledgment
Harmony Week celebrates inclusion! We invite the children to come to kinder dressed in something orange** for the following sessions:
- 3yo Purple Group: Tuesday 18 March
- 3yo Orange Group: Thursday 20 March
- 3yo Crimson Group: Friday 21 March
- 4yo Green Group: Tuesday 18 March
- 4yo Red Group: Wednesday 19 March
- 4yo Blue Group: Thursday 20 March
- 4yo Yellow Group: Friday 21 March
**If your child does not wish to wear orange, that is of course fine!
Term Dates
Term 1: Tuesday 28 January** – Friday 4 April (**Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 of January are child-free days per our workplace agreement)
Term 2: Tuesday 22 April – Friday 4 July
Term 3: Monday 21 July – Friday 19 September
Term 4: Monday 6 October – Friday 19 December** (** all groups finish on their second last session for the year. This day is allocated by our workplace agreement to pack-down and clean the centre).
Public Holidays
- Monday 11 March: Labor Day
- Thursday 25 April: ANZAC Day
- Monday 10 June: King’s Birthday
- Tuesday 5 November: Melbourne Cup
Professional Development Closures
We close the centre on one or two days for team professional development. This is generally in term 3 and/or 4.
The dates will be provided as soon as they are set. No alternative care will be available on these days.
